Post‑surgical strength and healing start with what you eat. David Gwyer emphasises that your diet after Dental Implants placement should be gentle, nutritious, and free of hard or spicy foods for at least a week.

Soft foods that soothe. Mash, blend, or steam whenever possible. Excellent choices include mashed potatoes, smoothies, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, soup, or soft fish. These foods provide vitamins and protein without irritating sensitive tissues.

Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water, but skip straws since suction can disturb clot formation around new implants.

Gradually return to normal eating. After about ten days, you can reintroduce slightly firmer foods, monitoring any discomfort. David Gwyer will guide you based on your healing progress.

Nutrition matters. Foods rich in vitamin C, calcium, and zinc promote tissue regeneration. A balanced recovery meal plan supports both overall health and strong dental implant integration.

By following David Gwyer’s dietary advice, you’ll protect your investment and heal faster.
